The state has created a downloadable, printable pamphlet you can use to help notify your clients about the new “hands-free” law, which takes effect THIS SUNDAY, 2/23/2020! The new law makes it illegal to touch any electronic device or phone while driving in MA, including when stopped at red lights or stop signs!
